Please make sure that you have read and understand our policies before booking an appointment.
We ask all clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of all appointments to fill out any paperwork and to ensure treatment is started on time. If you prefer, you can download our consent forms below and bring the completed forms with you.
We ask that you give 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. All appointments are paid for at time of booking in order to be confirmed. Cancellations and reschedules within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. Please contact us for any appointment changes.
All appointments are scheduled for the time needed to complete your requested service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule and a late fee will be applied.
To ensure you are able to enjoy your spa treatments, please do not bring extra guests or children with you to your appointment.
