Please call to speak with someone from the J Fields Co & Spa team to cancel or reschedule all appointments. All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not offer refunds, instead you will receive an in-store credit to be used within 90 days of the original payment.
You must call 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to reschedule to avoid fees.
No-shows are charged 100% of service costs and no credits will be provided.
All appointments are scheduled for the time needed to complete your requested service. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a reschedule fee of $20 will be applied and charged to the card on file.
Reservations are confirmed 72 hours in advance. If a client has not confirmed the appointment by the 24 hour mark, the appointment will be rescheduled and assessed the reschedule fee.
