Make sure you use appropriate products for your skin type.
Wash face with cleanser.
Spread a scrub onto your face gently. Rinse.
Fill a bowl with warm water; add essential oils (Try lemon, rosemary or eucalyptus essential oil for oily skin – lavender or sandalwood for dry skin). Lean your head over the bowl and cover head with a towel. Breathe normally. (About 10-15 minutes)
Spread a mask onto your face. Rinse.
Follow up with a toner to remove any lasting impurities and to balance the PH level of the skin.
Smooth on a moisturizer.
